GCAPsule was the newsletter for GCAP. The Winter 1991 edition featured an obituary for Steven Gallagher, who was the first administrative assistant and an active worker for HIV and AIDS awareness and support for people with AIDS.

This pamphlet addresses the community's response to AIDS. It also answers the question, "what are LGBTQ+ people doing for the community?" Backlash was expected from this pamphlet.
